A delicious selection of freshly prepared, mouth watering catering is prepared on site by our resident executive Chef Bruce Marshall. Bruce has won numerous accolades in his field, including Chef of the Year with the Holiday Inn. He has travelled and worked around Australia and the Caribbean experiencing foods from all over the world; spending the last 15 years working in major 4 and 5 star hotel chains. Bruce thrives on new challenges and Glasgow Audi provides him with the opportunity to work with a wide range of fresh ingredients and produce.
