Conference Suites
The Glasgow Audi Conference and Events Centre is an absolutely unique venue with many desirable qualities. The fully glazed facade of this prestigious three-storey, £15 million building reflects the sheer sophistication of the facilities available.
Inside, five fully equipped, versatile conference rooms can be used for a whole host of events, and are ideal for meetings or corporate hospitality as well as training sessions, product launches, dinners, exclusive Christmas parties, award ceremonies, fashion shows and exhibitions.
Avus Conference Suite
This spacious conference room located on the 2nd floor comes complete with full conference Audi-Visual equipment including LCD projector, PA system, screen and lectern. The room has a facility to black-out for presentations, and the option of natural daylight when required. The Avus Suite can be further subdivided using soundproofed partitions, offering Avus 1 and Avus 2 as two separate meeting areas.
Avus Deck
This light and airy elevated balcony offers a perfect area for networking and catering, out with the main Avus conference room. The versatile space is ideal for exhibitions, stylish receptions, lunches and dinners.
Nuvolari Suite
Situated on the 1st floor, Nuvolari is a state-of-the-art meeting room, ideal for board meetings for up to 30 guests or smaller seminars for up to 70 delegates. The suite is fully fitted with a 40” wall mounted plasma screen and input for laptop.
Nuvolari 3
Occupying a corner position with ample natural daylight, this meeting room can accommodate up to 12 people boardroom style and is also ideal for breakout sessions away, separate from the larger conference rooms.
Nuvolari 4
Used regularly for smaller meetings, this room is perfect for interviews or one-to-one sessions, the Nuvolari 4 is part of the Nuvolari suite of rooms on our 1st floor.
Nuvolari Balcony
Situated on the 1st floor, Nuvolari is a state-of-the-art meeting room, ideal for board meetings for up to 30 guests or smaller seminars for up to 70 delegates. The suite is fully fitted with a 40” wall mounted plasma screen and input for laptop.
Showroom
The Showroom and the High Performance area are also available to hire privately in the evening for bespoke events, parties and exhibitions. Please contact a member of the conference team for further information.All facilities are available Monday - Sunday, day or evening.
