Audi Accident Aftercare
Audi Accident Aftercare is a complimentary service available to every Audi Centre customer, providing first class support to any customer involved in a road traffic accident.
This service offers assistance in everything from recovering the damaged vehicle to authorising repairs, managing mobility needs and handling the insurance claim process.
As a customer, you have the right to have your vehicle repaired at an Audi Approved Centre for any repair resulting from an accident.
Audi Accident Aftercare provides you with a one-stop shop for all of your post accident needs, ensuring that you as the customer receive a seamless service, removing the hassle that can occur in the aftermath of an accident.
Our customer proposition includes the following:
- 24 hours / 7 days a week customer helpline
- Recovery of your damaged vehicle to out approved body shop and full management of repairs
- Liaising with your insurance company and the other drivers: just call us and we will take over from there
- Management of all further communication with your insurance company
- Complimentary Courtesy Audi for at fault customers for a period of 48 hours if your vehicle is undriveable
